Councillor Andrew Davies Chairman of the Parish Council said: “It is with regret that the Parish Council have accepted the resignation of Councillor T. Rooks who having reached the age of 80 feels it is now the time to step down to enable a younger member of the community to take on the role. Tom’s wise words and loyal support will be sorely missed”.
